A few days ago, we went to 22 Fried Chicken Factory to enjoy their set lunch promotion. The store brings out the taste of Korean cuisine. A variety of fried chicken flavours are offered, which includes gangjeong, garlic, hot BBQ and others. Fried chicken is their main specialty, but they also serve Kimchi fried rice and chicken burger. The store layout also displays some Korean tidbits and snacks for the customers to purchase as well.

On the taste of the food, it was only so-so. Average. Still, if you're craving fried chicken and Korean food for lunch, it's worth to go for the offer. The set lunch is at the average price of RM10+, with fried potato wedges as a side dish together with a complimentary drink.

I do not recommend the Kimchi fried rice though. We Ting ordered that one, as she didn't feel like stuffing down a plate of fried chicken for lunch. We found that the fried rice (RM8.90) is a bit of a ripped-off. It's merely cooked rice with a lot of red Kimchi powder seasoning. Don't expect to find cabbages or any other real Kimchi ingredients in the fried rice.
I requested my complimentary drink not to have ice, yet when the waiter placed my lemon tea on the table, I instantly saw that it was filled with ice. It was very disappointing that they got our simple orders wrong, because there really is no excuse when it isn't peak-hour and there are only three tables of customers in the shop.
Visit 22 Fried Chicken Factory for its set lunch. Lower down your expectations on service, and simply enjoy the fried chicken.

I finished my plate of fried chicken, but the service provided could have been better. There weren't many customers in the shop when we visited. We waited and waited ... We were the second table to place our order, yet we were the last to have our food served. When our food finally came, some of our drinks didn't - the waiters completely forgotten about them. We had to ask them to recheck the order.
